May be someone who runs such a site or knows something about this could help ...

I am making a community site for someone - with forums, groups, events & news for a certain group of people. This will hopefully earn some money through Adsense & other ads.
They will bel be discussing issues affecting a certain group of people, including students & none students, provide links, different types of information, etc
It is hoped that later, people will register and take part.
The "community site" will look like & have features a bit like OrbitUganda.

This is a small site to be run by just a person, with a "Gewerbeschein".
I know German law requires having an "impressum" page.
My question is:

Is it enough to just include the following information on such a "Muster-Impressum" page:

  • ... or must one formally register the website as a sort of "business/company"?
  • Must the last section in the Muster-Impressum (there are many sample Impressums online you can get by googling") ... be included for such a site?
