I configured a content type with a file field in it. The field allows for multiple values. I enabled the Media Browser Plus module and the "Library Plus" displays correctly in the media selector widget. I can select multiple files from the library (they get highlighted) but ONLY ONE image/file is inserted back to my node field when submit the dialog.

Is there something I am missing?

Up! Is there something I am doing wrong or this feature is still not fully implemented?

I faced the same problem with no idea how to solve that :/
I would appreciate a solution too

Its working here now:
1. I use "Media multiselect" in my media-field-settings of my content-type.
2. I select the files via media-browser-plus, add them to the Media basket and THEN attach them to the node.

That worked for me.

I tried to use "Media multiselect" module, but that widget throws a lot of errors on my site (and didn't even make multiselect available).
Is it planned to get that feature into MBP core or are there any other modules available?

Atm. there are no specific plans to achieve this since there are general efforts ongoing to make this possible.

Here's my workaround - it's quick! :) Instead of having Footer buttons, I used the View Bulk Operations multiselect functionality to get what I wanted.

I Installed the View Bulk Operations module (don't forget to enable it!). Then I went to Structure > Views > (your Media Browser Plus view). I had a few different Media Browser views in there and it was really confusing - just keep looking until you see one that has content in its FOOTER section.

I then removed all of the stuff in the FOOTER (the edit/delete/whatever buttons and the Media Basket).

Finally, I added a field to the FIELDS section of my view. Use the BULK OPERATIONS SETTINGS part of the popup window to add the actions that you want. I checked "Delete item," "Download file(s)," and "Modify entity values." Save your view and take a look at your new Media Browser. BOOOOOM!!!!!!!!

Still trying to figure this out:
-- File > Content shows the wrong set of Media Library tabs - different from the tabs I see when I launch the Media Browser from my rich text fields and image fields. In these tabs, I see a multiselect dropdown instead of buttons. What the heck?
