Hi mikeryan,

For my project, i have created a module which migrates different wordpress content (Post, Page, Comment, Author, User, Tag, Category) into Drupal 6 using Migrate Module.
And my Module folder contains files defining different classes based on the content.

If you want i can provide you the same and can contrib it to drupal.org as an extension to your module.

If your module is not a backport of this module to Drupal 6, it should be a separate module.
