Custom breadcrumbs path does not work for empty page

Issue Summary

Hi,

Thanks for this great module. however i have a problem when using it together with the empty page module. I want to set the breadcrumb of the empty page using the Custom breadcrumbs path module but nothing happens.

Any idea?
