The attached patch adds two more options to the blogger block:

sort by latest post
sort by random

The description of the module states that a sort by none is a sort by random, but this is not the case. The current behavior of sort by none is left untouched.

You're right, "none" is not "random", instead "none" is "unsorted".

ASAP, I will add this "order by random" in blogger-5.x-1.4. Thanks for patching!
