On lines 170-171 and 1011-1012 of nf_registration_mod.module, I believe the message (or at least part of it) argument of drupal_set_message() should be wrapped in t().
By looking at the code I found a few more messages that should get localized, but I believe these are the ones that would most affect the final users.
