Description:
Drupal core did not provide a dedicated default menu for the site's page footer previously.
Since a footer menu is very common for almost all web sites today, Drupal 8 provides a "Footer menu" ('footer') by default.
The footer menu is typically used for contact and legal information links.
The Standard installation profile now enables Contact module by default, and exposes the "Contact" link in the Footer menu.
