The ADO member benefits page shows the companies offering discounts, but the actual discount does not present itself to anonymous and non-members. This needs to be changed so that potential members can look at the available benefits and be encouraged to purchase a membership. https://association.drupal.org/membership/benefits

Fixed this up, discount shows to all users, but is only clickable for members.
