Google Fonts adds too many subset tags

If a font supports, for example, 'vietnamese' subset, _google_fonts_api_convert_api_results() marks all subsets of that font with a 'vietnamese' subset tag. This is confusing and reduces usability of tags (filtering by subset returns way more results than it should).
