Spaces does not work well with hook_admin_paths_alter nor with hook_custom_theme [#1846130]

Looks like admin theme does not work well with Spaces module as it alters urls with a space prefix.

In my case I wanted to disable admin theme when editing content, but it does not worked for altered urls.

It does not work if I set to disable admin theme on paths like */node/*/edit or even *.

Looks like it is a problem of Spaces module. Changing project to Spaces.
