After installing and enabling the Workbench module, I do not see a menu option available anywhere to administer the settings. I can access the "My Workbench" menu option but no way to get to the administration side of it to set things up. The permissions are set for me for both "Administer Workbench Settings" and "Access Workbench" but still not able to get to it.

Workbench itself has no settings. Only the submodules do.
