text box contact form

Hello,

How can I remove the heightener in my text box? I don't want it to be able to expand. as you can see on digisized.info/contact.
I also wonder why I don't see my active color in the main menu when I click on contact. As you can see on home/about page, you see the home/about button in a blue color. This doesn't happen with contact page
