I hope this is a Mime Mail bug and not a Rules-related: when I create a rule with Rules (7.x-2.2), and I'm about to add my custom "Send HTML e-mail" action, I'm unable to use only the plain body part, because the mail's message HTML body is a required field. So there isn't a clear way to send a plain only e-mail (think so).

There is a built-in system action to send plain messages.

However I'm still thinking that this is a minor bug (what if I don't want to send anything in the HTML body?), I've just found out how to send plain text e-mails.

admin/config/system/mimemail - set "Send plain text email only". I was blind, soz.
