Adding a block view does not cause the block to be available on the Block admin page

Hello,

I've created / added a few different views as blocks, but after adding the view, the block doesn't show up anywhere in "admin -> build -> block". The "Provide block" button is checked, and any of these views work fine as pages, but show up no where to be added as blocks.
