I am using 6.x-1.8 version of superfish and i am using the navbar menu type.

Now the issue i am facing is whenever i hover over the parent link i can see the horizontal dropdown menu properly, but as i try to move my mouse over the child link the links disappear.

Please revert back.

I'm having the same issue: The submenu appears on hovering over its parent, but then disappears as soon as I leave the hover area and have time to click on the submenu.

That's how it should be, but there's a trick, you can increase the Delay, to 99999 for example, of course if you're not having a 3rd level there.
