Layout for admin/commerce/orders/% should be improved [#1847008]

It should probably look like the layout when doing the quick edit instead where the addresses and order status are in a right column?

Yeah, we never got the chance to redo those pages, so they stayed ugly.

here is patch for this.

worked it in Commerce Kickstart and looks ok (same as for quick edit).

what about having similar for the user Order page?

I am not sure if we want to have these pages styled the same way "quick edit" is, but the patch is certainly an improvement.

Setting back to active for future improvements.
