Open Layers issues

So I've installed OpenPublic.
It took me 3 times of wiping, re-uploading, re-installing.
I had to turn off EVERYTHING on the Install and add them later.
Afterwards I probably had 10-15 update processes I had to run.
I would get these error messages concerning the Images, something about them not being valid jpg's.
I removed the demo content and the problem disappeared.
I THINK I've got everything setup now tho... except for this error...

OpenLayers Presets Found old presets.
With the 7.x-2.x version of the OpenLayers module, map presets were renamed to just maps. This has some implications on APIs and hooks. One or more of of the modules installed on this site is utilizing the deprecated hook_openlayers_presets(). Please read the upgrade page, then contact the module owner or fix the custom module yourself.

Everytime I goto Configuration I am told there is an issue with my install and check the STATUS REPORT to see what it is.
When I click the STATUS REPORT link I see everything green EXCEPT for the above in red.

What should I do?!
