Issue Summary
Hi,
on a fresh install the Title("Whats going on?") and the "User-menu" doesn't appear properly. The half of the Title is in the next line, and the user menu isnt in the right place.
It's because in the "Commons Origins" Theme(admin/appearance/settings/commons_origins) the width of the sidebar is too big(285px) and the width of the site is fix 935px.
It's not so big deal changing this, but i would be nice if that was default. I think for sidebar 200px is enough and the page width should be 90%.

And what a lot bigger problem is. The "inline-fields" are a half line higher as the title of the field(see on picture). That was in the earlier versions too, but i thought i will be fixed.

Thanks for the bug report. The Commons Origins theme is under active development, so I think we'll some progress on this over the next week.

i can't reproduce either the title problem or the filter problem in firefox or chrome.
for me the default fixed width is fine.

In the newer versions it looks fine. Was just a stylesheet problem.
