I open the Module Builder, fill in the info and download it to my computer. I open the file using HTML-Kit, my web developer program, and the file is totally blank. Any suggestions?

I'm at moderate experience level with Drupal. I've used CCK and Views, so I'm getting better at understanding the terminology.
