Problem recently developed with forum on our website

Hello

I hope someone may be able to help. We have developed a problem in the Forum area of the website, which is part of the newscentre run on Drupal.

After working fine for about 18 months, we suddenly started getting this error message if you click the link to "Active Forum topics":

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::preview() in /www/customers/independentliving.co.uk/news/modules/advanced_forum/includes/core-overrides.inc on line 224

We haven't been able to sort it out ourselves, so have deleted line 224. This gets rid of the error message, of course, but means that we can no longer generate a full list of forum topics for people.

If anyone has any bright ideas, I'd be grateful!

Have you tried updating your modules? This can happen when you have incompatibility between modules and often running update can resolve it.
