Hard to say without knowing
Hard to say without knowing any of your payment, shipping, stock management, etc requirements. I'm a big fan of drupal commerce but yeah depends on what your doing.

Actually it's quite easy !
Do you want to put your shop online and have it work immediately without wasting hours to make it work ?
Use UBERCART ! It's so easy that a 5 years old could do it, and as most people do not need Ecommerce functions with their small shop that will be small forever I still wonder why they waste their time with it...
