Mail Server?

Is it possible to hire a hosting and buy a domain to create a mail server with drupal?
Is there a manual or guide?

What do you mean by "mail server"

I am not sure what you mean by "mail server".

The standard definition is some agent that is capable of sending and receiving mail with SMTP. If that is what you mean, the answer is "no". (Also, most hosting packages comes with a mail server. If you're hiring hosting, and you want a mail server, just get a package where this is included.)

However, if you mean something else, such as "something I can use to manage mailing lists", then you can build this with Drupal. However, if that is the case, I think you'll be better served by something built for that particular job, such as MailMan.
