I dont want each photo blog entry to show up on the first page where my blog is. How do i stop this?

Dumb me,.... Ì found it! THanks anyways....
BUt how can i make it so that users dont have to find the option "promote to front page"?

Go to Administer > Content management > Content types, choose Edit next to your content type, then see "Default options".
