Relocating taxonomy

Hi,

I'm using a sub theme from Sky (http://drupal.org/project/sky) — footheme in fact.

1. I would like to relocate the tag list just under the «Submitted by» (http://hangar217.com/en/babillard-annonces-appels-de-projets-casting-calls). I believe that it has something to do with some php function. Is there any simple tutorial somewhere? Or can someone show me how to do it?

2. This one has more to do with CSS: I just cannot find a way to get rid of the space under the avatar in user's profile (http://hangar217.com/en/users/morbide-corbillard). It is probably just under my nose but it eludes me...
