what modules do you have enabled?

There's a long list (200-250 modules), but the relevant ones are MongoDB (7.x-1.0-rc2) & all but the Block & Block UI child modules. Lots of entity modules too:

Entity Reference 7.x-1.0-rc3
Entity Reference Set Lineage
