There's no way to customize the Admin Menu menu so it should be included in _menu_minipanels_enable_menus() as one of the $ignore_menus items.

This sets menu_minipanels_admin_menu_enabled to FALSE, thus disabling the megamenus for the Admin Menu module. I also updated does the same for the Devel module and updated _menu_minipanels_enable_menus() to do likewise automatically during installation.
