I installed Acquia Drupal 7 through the Windows XP Administrator account and the Dev Desktop Control Panel works on the Admin side. When I tried to access through my Windows User account, I get a "Must be an administrator to run this program. Sorry." error.
I tried reinstalling in the Shared Docs folder, but still could not access.
I also tried making myself a Poweruser AND turned off Simple File Sharing and set the access priveleges, but still got the same error.
I am confused why I do not get access to this program even though I only have User priveleges. Is Drupal tied into the Windows OS? I load other SW packages (ie- TurboTax, Quicken) and get access.
My thoughts are it should be able to run with User priveleges as the user will set themselves as the Admin account within the Acquia Drupal program itself.
Any thoughts would be appreciated...
