I found that Heartbeat module delete recent messages from the database automatically.
It is the second time to notice it.
I have set up "DELETE MESSAGES OLDER THAN ... (BY CRON):" --> Never.
I guess that there is no setting-up for deleting messages.

Is there any senario to explain why?

I think it is a bug,,,

This is not a bug. Activity is content that fades to exist. You can choose to never delete them.
