    Changed template.php. Prevent fortyfour_use_microsite_banner variable from being
set over and over when it's not in use. This causes unnecessary load on the
database.

    Fixing _get_theme_path() to always return Fortyfour's theme path, not the active theme's path (which could be a subtheme).
