In the .info file there are five footer regions. So they all show up on the blocks configuration pages. But only four of them are printed in page.tpl.php. Looks footer_fourth was forgotten.

I don't really mind, but the fourth one mentioned in .info should be removed.

Ps: additionally, if you modify the .info file, the Footer region should be named after the footer blocks.
