how can we use vertical pop-up menu through nece_menus

i used nice_menus module for it.
i use theme for stylized_beauty theme where nice_menus not work of mouse over with drop down
i used either drop down or mouse over.

Normaly nice menu you just style via the CSS. As an example see here www.visum-reportagen.de its a vertical menu with "nice menu" and some theming in the CSS. What is a pop-up menu do you have an example?
