is the Nutch module actually needed anymore now that Nutch 2.1 is even better integrated with Solr 4.0 ? uses Gora, Mysql, Elastic Search optionally

will Sarnia allow direct access to Nutch 2.1 generated indexes etc etc?

I used this tutorial to get Nutch 2.1 / Solr 4.0 running with few hassles and am keen to test integration with Drupal
