Just checking to see if there is a revised ETA on adding support for user entity and Profile 2 fields. I noticed in a closed issue that the previous ETA was the end of October, but I obviously know/understand that these things can change. I'm working on a new site that will be using this type of functionality pretty heavily and regularly for weekly bulk imports of users/members, and I would be glad to help with testing and/or development however I can. I have experience in programming in php, but am admittedly new to Drupal development. Thanks for all of your hard work on this very useful and necessary module.

Still researching best way to do this.

So far have dynamically populated the fields select dropdowns with name of the field(s) available.

This weekend I'll try saving data to User fields.

Was this functionality included with the latest beta/dev release (7.x-1.0-beta2/7.x-1.x-dev), or is it still being researched? I checked the notes, but it didn't seem to be included. I'm guessing it was more complicated than expected. If it's still in the works, do you have an updated ETA? Thanks again for your efforts, and for keeping us in the loop.

Latest beta fixed bugs that have been reported in the previous beta.

Still working on entity field support, making progress, but can't give an ETA as I'll always prioritise fixing bugs over new features.
