Rubiks tooltips can block access to fields when the fields are in a narrow region, such as a Node form using Display suite to position fields in a 25% column on a narrow screen resolution.

Not sure of a good generic solution to this issue, but I figured it's worth noting it for someone else who has time to come up with a generic solution to commit back to the theme.

Confirmed. It gets pretty annoying even within wider textareas. I did not find any settings to control how tooltips are displayed. If anyone solved that, it would be very appreciated.

Since the tooltips overhaul would be a large undertaking, you can always just turn them off.

If someone would like to take this sub-task on, we'd be happy to accept a patch for it.
