We are in critical situation and also in Urgent, we need technical support for Brightcove video ID mapping issue. In which i have listed the steps we have taken for the Brightcove integration,
1. We have installed and configured the drupal brightcove module with the required credentials like "Brightcove Read API key, Brightcove Write API key, Brightcove Player ID, Brightcove Player KEY and other information".
2. Brightcove module gives a brightcove video cck field (Browse and upload videos). And added this field to the movie content type. So the brightcove browse and upload field is available in the movie create form.
3. In which once clicking on the brightcove browse button, it shows the list of videos uploaded against the current publisher account from brightcove studio. If click attach on any desiered video, the appropriate video id is not mapped against the brightcove video field. Also the brightcove videos pop up window is not getting closed. So the brightcove video field remains empty.
4. Also we are trying to upload the video from our application to brightcove studio. The video gets uploaded successfully to brightcove studio but the appropriate video id was not mapped against the brightcove video field.
Please post your suggestion to fix the issue.
