Hi

I never use the preview button, but embarrassingly my client has found theirs doesn't work on their website, when they click it it goes to a page not found page to this address: www.website-address.com/node//edit

Not sure what to do about this, I know you can disable this feature but as my client seems to want to use it I don't think it would be wise.

Any help appreciated

I tried setting a base url but no luck :(

I've found that this is typically due to a module conflict. I've recently had this problem using the Content Type: Extras module ( http://drupal.org/project/content_type_extras ).

In this case, the only thing you can really do is disable some modules and see where the problem goes away. Have a look at any modules to do with editing content first :)
