Is there a module OR a way (Looked but could not find) that will automatically create a OG group for a new user?

What I would like to do is this...

1... I will have a subscription site that I will add the new user with the role "Subscribed"

2... I would like a new private group automatically created for the new subscribed user with the username as the group name..

And of course I want the auto setup to set settings for the forum as I like.

In fact, I would really like to have both the private forum and a public forum automatically setup for the new user.

Is there anything that does this already?

I believe using the Rules module you can accomplish this, however depending on how many users you will have there may be a scaling issues with groups.
