Using this module now suggested but I'd like to input more than one question which I can clearly see I have done in module configuration but it only outputs the first question to my registration form. Is this a bug?

specific issues with specific modules should be filed in the issue queue of the module in question after performing a search on the queue to see if the issue has already been reported.
