For feature parity with Metatag, the Dublin Core meta tags should be moved into their own submodule.

Plan of action:

  • Several new DC meta tags will be added to a new module via #518274: Add more Dublin Core meta tags.
  • This issue will be used to migrate the existing DC meta tags in the Nodewords_Extra module into the new submodule.
