When I installed Mollom, I had the captcha module activated: I therefore installed Mollom but removed the captchas generated by the captcha module WITHOUT disabling the captcha module. When I set the configuration of the contact form to CAPTCHA only, the Mollom captcha would NOT appear in my contact form. After searching for a solution, I disabled the captcha module and as soon as I did that, the Mollom captcha appeared on my contact form...
