Customerror should declare it's variables in a variable.inc file to make them available to http://drupal.org/project/variable.

Patch moves to using variable module for variable handling. This reduces a lot of code duplication, and makes for a much more flexible system where variable default values can be altered by implementing alter hooks from the variable module - very useful when working with distributions.
