User Profiles are a combination of core module (personal/account information) and nodeprofile (for enhanced info).
Abac is used as theme currently with some slight modifications.

Update GenioValley.com development
During the last month of beta of http://www.geniovalley.com we made some changes/extensions to the website:
We switched to Bio module from of NodeProfile because of the better profile integration.
Additional modules:
Imagecache
Node relativity (used for "GenioSourcing")
Automatic Nodetitles
Buddylist
jrating/VotingAPI

Gold Envelope???
By the way I have long noticed that some Forum Showcase topics like yours has a gold envelope and others don't - do you know why? I have been with Drupal going three years now and have never had a Gold envelope - maybe because some of my posts are just nonsense.
