Copy an entire Book module in Drupal 7+?

I've heard of a Book Copy module that existed for Drupal 6.x. But it does not appear to exist for 7+.

Is there another way to clone or duplicate an entire book? I'm aware of the node clone module (http://drupal.org/project/node_clone), but that won't be much use unless there's a way to batch-clone nodes - my book has several hundred nodes.

What I'm trying to do is update the 2012 edition of a book to produce a new 2013 edition. Each year, the book goes through revisions and a new edition is produced. But the revisions are relatively few, with most pages remaining unchanged. I'd rather not re-create all of the pages from scratch unless there's no alternative.
