After installing Cookie Control module on multiple sites, I found problems specifically with a fresh install of the Responsive Business theme. The theme seems to interfere with the background colours/images of the buttons on the Cookie control. I don't know why this happens, have looked at the css and can't find out what may be the cause.

Maybe the developers of this theme could take a look and on the next release solve the problem. If you have an EU based site, the Cookie Control module is now desirable for legal reasons.

Maybe someone has found a workaround?

A few tips to help you with issue queues:

  • Bugs should be submitted with the category "Bug report."
  • The "component" should only be set to "documentation" if the issue pertains to the module's documentation. In this case it's a bug in the code, not documentation.
  • The "needs work" status doesn't mean that there's a bug in the theme/module and it needs work, it refers to the most recent patch uploaded to this issue and the fact that the patch needs to be improved.

Given the lack of activity on this theme and support by the maintainer you may want to consider using a different theme.
