User Editable field

Using the Weight module, would it be possible to have users assign custom
weights to content types.
I'm envisining a list of 100 links all requiring differnt weights. Depending on each user,
some links are more important than others, so I would like them to be able
to rearange the order on a per-user basis.
Any guidance on this matter is appreciated!
