Well the complete thread is here: #1852384: wyciwyg issue with Colorbox Trigger in views but as long as I'm suspecting that the issue comes from the loading or not of the jQuery before triggering the Colorbox windows plus loading the content, I decided to open this new thread to talk about it and see if the developers can help me with.

No, it was not an issue with jQuery Update but with bxSlider 3... updating to bxSlider 4 (jQuery Update required) fixed the problem!
