First, thanks for this great theme!

Here's a minor bug I noticed.
Page Width 850px doesn't work. It seems to go to 100%. 750px works, though.

And I found "Custom Page Width in pixels" to be within 999px (meaning I cannnot input 4digit px).
Is this by design?
