I previously have used CKeditor 3.6.5 and 3.6.4 without a problem. Then I just installed the newest version 4.0 and am getting the error:
"The version of CKEditor could not be detected.
Extract the archive and copy its contents into a new folder in the following location:
sites/all/libraries/ckeditor
So the actual library can be found at:
sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/ckeditor.js
Do NOT download the "CKEditor for Drupal" edition."
I have not used the drupal edition and I can see the file 'sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/ckeditor.js' in the correct location. Anything else I can do?

ale_wwb commentedI've find a strange issue setting up ckeditor 4.0 in the CKEditor Module 7.x-1.9 (not related with WYSIWYG module as in the thread pointed out by dieppon).
If I enable the module related textareas disappear. I find no problem with ckeditor 3.6.5.
