I'm seeing that regardless off how I order terms in the taxonomy, the menu is displayed with the terms in alphabetical order. Seems like maybe the weight isn't being saved with the term?

On further examination, this looks like a PEBKAC error. Setting the "Rebuild on Submit" flag after updating the weights resulted in the menu having the expected order.
