Using Teamphage photos in Node.tpl.php and comment.tpl.php

Issue Summary

I'd love to be able to use the Teampage pictures for the group members to substitute for the $picture varialble when group members are view group posts, mainly forum and comments. Meaning for each group someone is in, they could have a different user picture, but their base profile picture wouldn't change. Make sense?

If this could be handled by a code snippet, could someone get me started?
